An inclusive living organization in Glasgow is looking for a Support Services Team Lead. This part-time position involves managing resources, supporting individuals with care arrangements, and facilitating communication. You will lead a team, engaging with the community to empower disabled individuals. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with leadership skills and knowledge of self-directed support. The role offers 25 days annual leave and a focus on inclusive practices.
Location: Based in our Glasgow office G40 3AP
Salary: £31,513 per annum, pro rata
Contract: Part time, 18 hours per week, Wednesday - Friday, Permanent
Benefits: 25 days annual leave increasing to 30 days after 5 years (pro-rata for part time staff), 12 ½ public holidays, 6% Pension contribution and Group Life Insurance!
