The Role

This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all non-core business operations within the company. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Support Services Manager will manage key areas including:

  • Office Management - ensuring day-to-day administrative operations are efficient and effective.
  • Technology Oversight - managing IT systems, software, and infrastructure across the business.
  • ISO Quality Management - maintaining and improving the company\'s ISO procedures and processes.
  • Cyber Security - implementing and monitoring best practices to safeguard company data and systems.
  • Fleet Management - overseeing a medium-sized fleet of company vehicles, including procurement, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Warehouse Operations - managing a small warehouse facility, including stock control and logistical support.
