What you’ll do:
  • Support and monitor healthcare needs, including administering medication and providing personal care.
  • Promote independence and respect individuality in line with each person’s Support Plan.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the people we support to ensure high‑quality care and communication.
  • You’ll join a fun, fast‑paced team where building trusting relationships is at the heart of what we do. Together, we help each person achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.
Centre hours:

Our day centre operates six days a week, offering working hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm. We have vacancies for contracts ranging from 24 to 30 hours per week.

Salary / Benefits:

£12.60 to £12.81 per hour plus benefits
