A defense and aerospace company in Bristol is seeking a Support Engineering Manager - Technical Publications. In this role, you will lead the delivery of Interactive Electronic Technical Publications and provide leadership and support to your team. The ideal candidate will have a relevant BSc Degree and previous team management experience. In this role, you will be supporting in the management of IETP across 4 key teams over the Astute and Dreadnought programmes and leading the 4 Team Lead SMEs. You will regularly be engaging with both key Internal and External Stakeholders and the Customer. You will be supporting a critical area of the business, as well as providing, leadership, mentoring, inspiration and motivating your team members.
