Job description

This is a key role for an experienced engineer who takes pride in resolving issues first time, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working hands-on with security systems in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults across CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and other on-site security systems
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining cameras, locks, panels, and associated hardware
  • Carrying out routine servicing, inspections, and system upgrades
  • Providing technical support both on-site and remotely
  • Communicating clearly with clients and producing accurate service reports
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs and maintaining service records
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' experience in a service or support role within electronic/physical security systems
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarms, and related systems (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, C.Cure a bonus)
  • Confident in using diagnostic tools and fault-finding techniques
  • Good understanding of IP-based systems and networking for CCTV and access systems
  • Excellent communicator with a proactive, customer-focused attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
