Delivering effective first- and second-line support for bespoke IT systems, ensuring technical issues are resolved swiftly and professionally. Proactive monitoring of multiple operational sites, identifying potential risks or disruptions and taking early action to maintain system stability and performance. Interact with customers directly, and via in-house call management software, providing clear, confident and customer-focused communication at all times. Experience in diagnosing and remediating live technical issues, demonstrating a methodical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to work under pressure. Support and contribute to system enhancements and optimisations, ensuring continuous improvement.
