Job Brief:
You will be part of a team of frontline managers who empower individuals to manage their team of Personal Development Workers. You will ensure the person we work for receives high quality, personalised, meaningful, and aspirational support.
This role will be dedicated to supporting an individual in Blairgowrie, Perthshire, to live their Good Life in their own home and community.
You will play a key role in ensuring their support reflects an individual’s needs, including autism and sensory support requirements, enabling them to enjoy everyday living and be an active and valued members of their community.
A relevant qualification in line with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) (e.g. SVQ 3 in Health & Social Care) or a willingness to undertake this is essential.
A full driving licence and access to a car is required for this position.
