Overview

Hilton Care provides supported living to adults with learning disability including people with moderate, severe and profound learning disabilities. This includes people that have associated physical disabilities, sensory impairment and/or mental health needs. We are passionate about helping people to live full, independent and active lives in their community.

Responsibilities

Support Advisors need to be able to set targets and support staff to achieve them. They are expected to support staff and local teams to meet the living needs of residents, assist them in activities and maintain good relationships with their support teams, neighbours and the wider community. They will set residence and staff records using the local health information system and maintain accurate clinical and clinical records.

Qualifications

Qualified clinical backgrounds, experience working with adults with learning disabilities, effective communication skills, the ability to use electronic systems and the willingness to support the continuous improvement of all aspects of residential living.
