What You'll Be Doing
  • Lending a hand to teachers with lesson delivery.

  • Providing support to pupils one-on-one and in small groups.

  • Assisting with classroom management to create a happy, positive place.

  • Getting learning resources and materials prepared and organised.

  • Supervising pupils during school time and breaks.

  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress.

  • Working as a team with other staff members to support the school.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for a go-getter who really cares about helping kids grow! To be a great fit for this job, you should have:

  • A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or equivalent experience.

  • At least 6 months of recent experience in a UK primary school.
