Overview

Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with The Cabot Learning Federation (CLF) who are looking for Supply Teachers to start at ASAP in two of their schools in the Taunton area. We have both part-time and full-time work and can offer flexible or block booking of supply to guarantee income.

The correct candidates' values must align with the those of the trust, including their HEART values. CLF believe that by working together rather than in isolation, schools are best able to secure and sustain their ongoing improvement. This vacancy has the opportunity to go permanent for the correct candidate.

Responsibilities / Requirements

• Have Qualified Teachers Status
• Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education
• Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
• Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
• Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
• Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
• Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in small groups and 1:1.
• Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
