Overview

Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with primary schools across Bicester to recruit enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to start ASAP. As part of the White Horse Federation, these schools want to give their students the best chance of success and inspire every child to flourish through a continuous and inclusive learning pathway that empowers pupils from early years onward. This role calls for someone who can uplift and encourage students, helping them thrive both academically and personally.

This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working across a variety of year groups, from Reception to Year 6. Whether you're seeking flexible part-time work or a full-time placement, successful candidates may be offered long-term or permanent roles based on performance and school needs.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering engaging lessons across the primary age range
  • Following school policies and planning frameworks where required
  • Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
  • Collaborating with school staff to support pupil progress
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
  • Experience working with children in a classroom setting
  • Enhanced DBS (we can help you obtain one)
  • UK Right to Work
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and a passion for teaching
