Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience dealing and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Possess an analytical and methodical mind with attention to detail.
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn technical new skills.
• Experience in incident management / incident support is ideal.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet targets in planned and emergency scenarios.
• Be highly organized, resilient, and adaptable.
• Previous experience of working a mixture of days and nights is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead in reducing supply interruptions through technical knowledge.
• Deliver logistics responses to customer water supply interruptions.
• Identify and assess supply interruption risks and mitigations.
• Ensure efficient communication with incident management and dispatch teams.
• Provide specialist support related to Clean Water System risks.
• Develop solutions and mitigation plans to minimize customer interruptions.
• Update tanker fill and infusion locations on corporate systems.
• Support across all logistics activities as part of the team.
