Overview

Our client, a leading manufacturer serving strategic customers across EMEA, is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Scheduler to join their dynamic supply chain team.

Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Program Management, and Production, this role ensures accurate scheduling of sales orders, timely communication of lead times, and exceptional customer service delivery. It s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where precision and responsiveness are key.

What you ll be doing:
  • Assigning promise dates to all EMEA sales orders within hours
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely shipments and SLA compliance
  • Managing backlog reports and rescheduling orders based on material availability
  • Communicating lead times, delays, and inventory status across the business
  • Supporting order management processes and reporting for strategic customer accounts
  • Leading scheduling projects and providing cover for the Master Scheduler when required
What you ll bring:
  • 1 3 years experience in scheduling, supply chain, or production planning
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, filters) and ERP experience Oracle knowledge is a major plus
  • A proactive mindset, excellent time management, and a collaborative spirit
  • Confidence working with data, deadlines, and cross-functional teams
  • A desire to grow professionally and take ownership of key scheduling processes
