We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner!
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate monitoring and coordination of the entire supply chain. This involves managing customer demand, optimizing stock levels, and guaranteeing timely and complete deliveries. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor the end-to-end supply chain, from raw materials and packaging to finished goods, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Your impact will also be seen in optimizing SAP for planning, negotiating inventory parameters with suppliers, and effectively managing new product introductions and customer demands. Furthermore, you will contribute to overall efficiency by producing KPI reports, performing root cause analyses for continuous improvement, and managing supply chain processes while adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
We are seeking candidates with a degree or CIPS/APICS/BPICS qualification (or working towards one). You should possess excellent communication, strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate can work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment and has sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel at an intermediate level. Experience in the planning and purchasing cycle, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), is desirable, and pharma industry experience with knowledge of GMP/GDP is a significant advantage. A sound understanding of SAP or a similar ERP system is also desirable.
