Description

We are currently accepting applications for all school leavers and people that have an interest in learning all the facets of the operations of our company. We’re offering this exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual who can balance physical work in a busy warehouse/workshop, to administration/sales while completing a Supply Chain Operations Traineeship (Certificate III) over 24 months. This position is full-time and based onsite at our Brisbane Branch located in Northgate.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Operations Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced team members to learn all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations, including:

  • Receiving, picking, packing and dispatching goods
  • Assisting with inventory control and stocktakes
  • Preparing freight documentation and organising deliveries
  • Assist with repairs, receipt customer repairs as required in the workshop
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
  • Administration and sales
  • Using warehouse systems and learning end-to-end supply chain processes

This is a fantastic entry-level position for someone who wants to develop a long-term career in the logistics or warehousing industry.

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate doesn’t need to have extensive work experience in supply chain as this is an entry level position where you will gain it. You must have excellent communications skills and be ready and willing to undertake physical work. We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Be willinig to learn
  • Be curious and ask questions
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team
  • Keen to build a career in supply chain, administration, sales
  • Able to follow instructions and work safely
  • Holds (or is willing to obtain) a forklift licence

No experience is required just enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
