About the company

This is a fast-growing food and beverage brand with a genuine mission to improve health - a real purpose-led business that is scaling with new retail accounts driving significant growth. The team is making great progress towards building a mass-market brand, with a lot of emphasis placed on great operations to enable scale. That’s where you come in.

The Role in short

You’ll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the supply chain, working with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and retail partners to keep stock flowing and shelves full. You’ll get stuck into everything from forecasting to freight to fire-fighting.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for Daily Operations

  • Own the order-to-invoice process across all channels, troubleshooting and liaising with 3PLs to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Monitor and improve OTIF rate, spot risks early, and manage accordingly.

Demand & Supply Planning

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to build the demand and supply plans, with the support of the Head of Supply Chain, for all channels (online and retail) across the business.
  • Place POs with suppliers, following through to delivery OTIF & invoicing.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

Inventory Management & Reporting

  • Ensure the inventory management system is kept up-to-date with stock movements.
  • Maintain accurate data in inventory tracking reports.
  • Conduct monthly stock reconciliation between warehouses and the internal system, investigating any discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory health & availability, communicating to the team any out-of-stock risks and aging stocks.

Customer Services & Quality Assurance

  • Manage consumer feedback and queries in liaison with the Customer Services team.
  • Log any complaints and investigate with the relevant 3PL/supply partner.

Improve the Supply chain

  • Identify cost- & time-inefficiencies and solutions, and improve forecast accuracy.
What you’ll bring
  • 2+ years in supply chain & ops in an FMCG business, where you’ve been exposed to lots of change
  • Experience working with co-manufacturers and 3PLs, and building strong working relationships with both customers & supply partners
  • Bonus if you’re experienced in Shopify, Amazon Seller (FBA), & Unleashed Software
  • Ideally, some supply & demand planning experience
  • Solid with numbers, calm in chaos, ruthless with efficiency. Obsessive attention to detail. Excel whizz.
  • Confident working independently, in a small team that’s not in the office full-time.
