Location: Office-based – Whyte & Ivory Ltd

Hours: Full time, 37.5–40 hours per week

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year

Holiday: 33 days per year (including bank holidays) + 1 additional day for your birthday

Reports to: Supply Chain & Customs ManagerPurpose of the Role

Due to continued growth and expansion, Whyte & Ivory Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain & Customs Admin to support our Supply Chain & Customs Manager. This role will focus on the administration of logistics, customs compliance, and sampling for our textile operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth import/export processes, accurate documentation, and efficient communication with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update EPOS systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle and update spreadsheets for shipment and customs tracking.
  • Prepare import/export and customs clearance documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics companies (both domestic and international) to book and track shipments.
  • Ensure compliance within our bonded warehouse.
  • Manage weekly schedules relating to supply chain activities.
  • Cut customer samples and continuity samples for quality control purposes.
  • Support customs compliance processes in line with regulations.
Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in supply chain or customs administration.
  • Familiarity with customs compliance, HS codes, or bonded warehouse procedures.
  • Understanding of incoterms and international trade documentation.
