Supply Chain Customer Service Representative - Permanent - Cumbernauld

The Internal Supply Chain Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with our customers and internal stakeholders, including the Customer Service Manager, Technical Project Managers, and Commercial Director. The primary objective is to meet customer delivery requirements and achieve Service Level Targets. This position ensure that customer expectations are met with high standards of service and deliveries are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Commercial Director to fulfil customer service and delivery demands.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with customer planners and various stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations.
  • Order Management: Create and manage customer sales orders and ensure the accuracy of delivery information.
  • Performance Contribution: Actively contribute to the improvement of account performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely fulfilment of delivery requirements on a daily basis.
  • ERP System Management: Work with the company’s ERP system to manage orders, delivery dates, and account performance.
  • Account Performance Analysis: Collaborate with commercial teams to assess customer account performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Forecast Management: Work with customer forecast data in Excel to propose stock builds aligned with minimum order quantities.
  • Deadline Management: Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and hit set targets.
  • Estimate Processing: Collaborate with the commercial team to process and review estimates.
  • Customer Pricing Management: Maintain and manage customer price files accurately.
