Supply Chain Assistant (Ecommerce)

Location

Harlow, Essex (Permanent, Full‑time)

The Role

Kick‑start your career in ecommerce operations! As a Supply Chain Assistant, you’ll support the smooth running of marketplace fulfilment across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, eBay and Walmart. You’ll be hands‑on with data, shipments, and reporting, helping the team deliver excellent customer availability while avoiding overstocks.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage shipments in SAP and Amazon Seller Central
• Update dispatch notes and tracking information with accuracy
• Monitor stock issues and raise them proactively
• Support reporting, replenishment reviews, and data updates
• Assist with product launches and bundle creation
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Operations, IT and Supply Chain teams

What You’ll Bring

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• 1–2 years post‑education experience
