This is a permanent, on-site position offering a competitive salary range of £40,000–£50,000.
On-site role – 5 days per week
We are currently supporting a growing manufacturing business in Thame with the recruitment of a Senior Category Buyer. This is a newly created, permanent position arising from ongoing expansion and internal restructure, offering genuine opportunities for development, progression, and influence across the organisation.
This Senior Category Buyer position is fully onsite, Monday to Friday, working closely with key internal teams to support hands-on supply chain and purchasing activity. The role sits within the strategic supply chain function and will take ownership of a defined product category. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving best practice in sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing processes to support both current operations and future growth.
You will play a key part in ensuring the business has the right supply agreements, commercial terms, and supplier relationships in place.
