Job Title: Service Demand Planning Associate

Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)

Hourly Rate: £15 - £17

Your contribution will be vital in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service by effectively coordinating the supply-demand balance across the UK and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply-Demand Coordination: Manage the balancing process to ensure we have the right resources available at the right time.
  • Capacity Forecasting: Support the execution of capacity forecasts to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Daily Planning: Engage with stakeholders to effectively manage day-to-day resource planning and communication.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assist in weekly Demand-Supply balance meetings, providing insights for effective decision-making.
  • Quality Management: Monitor system data quality and ensure optimal process performance in service activities.
