Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator - 12 Month FTC

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support our Procurement and Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in purchasing or supply chain administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately complete data entry and maintenance within the company ERP system
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
  • Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
  • Support supplier contract execution and ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Prepare reports and maintain supply chain documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team as required
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. IFS or similar)
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
