A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator for a 12-month contract. This role involves managing key data requirements for materials and vendors, ensuring accurate master data setup and effective PO management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hybrid work is available, with 3 days on-site in Burgess Hill and 2 days remote.

  • Understanding of SAP Material master preferred.
  • Previous experience in supply chain management.

Overview

CK Group are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary: £17-£19 per hour PAYE (umbrella)

Role
  • Managing key data requirements for both materials and vendors in order for the order to invoice process to function effectively.
  • This role ensures 100% master data setup, PO management and that instrument assets are managed effectively.
  • The Administrator will be key point of contact for all Supply chain related issues and use problem solving methodology to identify and fix issues.
  • Ensuring accurate and up to date 3rd party master data for both material and vendor to ensure.
  • Efficient ordering.
  • Elimination of invoice queries.
  • Ensuring optimal Inventory customer set up data is accurate and allows clear electronic interface
Your Background
  • Proven track record of operating in a highly changeable and challenging working environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain processes and provide updates
  • Understanding of SAP Material master preferred
  • Previous experience in supply Chain management
