Overview

Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Broughton (Hybrid - minimum 3 days onsite per week)
Pay: £29.00 per hour (Umbrella) / £21.91 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Until 17/09/2026 (Likely to be extended)
IR35: Off-payroll working rules apply

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has opened within the Supply Chain operations organisation for the position of Supply Officer. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic network between the Broughton Plant, Final Assembly Lines, and the Procurement world, with the latest hybrid working benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Daily management of a supplier portfolio using digital tools and business systems.
  • Anticipate risks and drive mitigation actions.
  • Control demand and forecasting.
  • Prioritise supply chain activities and challenge supplier performance.
  • Lead and drive supplier recoveries.
  • Manage order books and maintain MRP Master Data.
  • Coordinate supplier working parties and support logistics transformation projects.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use data management tools to drive supply chain decisions.
Skills & Experience
  • Solid experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing or Design Engineering.
  • Experience with SAP and MRP in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork ethic.
  • Experience with digital solutions/tools and transnational working.
  • Project management and LEAN experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation-level English.
  • Google Suite experience desirable.

  • BPSS+ security clearance required.
