  • Piercing Excellence: Join our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Guide customers through piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
  • Keep It Fresh: Maintain an appealing store with well-organized inventory and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe for customers and coworkers.
  • Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services. Stay connected to the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style and boost sales.
  • Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair—inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotions to reflect Claire's joyful brand.
  • Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire's experiences on social media, turning purchases into viral moments.

Qualifications
  • Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driven responsibility.
  • Ready to Hustle: You are organized, self-motivated, and always looking to level up. You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
  • POS Proficiency: You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and support smooth store operations.
  • Education & Experience: You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
  • Physical Requirements: You can stand during shifts and move 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs). You can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while stocking and assisting customers.
  • Customer Focus & Communication: You are passionate about helping customers express themselves and you communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management.
  • Industry Knowledge: You stay up-to-date with fashion trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Self-Motivation & Team Orientation: You are a driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Some stores may require working alone at times.
