Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in one of our in-store departments
• Be a role model for the delivery of a world-class customer experience and train your team to deliver this consistently
• Create an engaging working environment for colleagues
• Provide on-the-spot feedback, and celebrate success
• Support in delivering meticulous store presentation and align Visual Merchandising standards with the Sports Direct Brand
• Drive store performance to its maximum potential and help the team follow best practices to achieve commercial goals
