Job summary

A leading healthy food restaurant in the City of Westminster is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to lead the team and maintain high service standards. You will oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure hygiene practices are upheld. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in hospitality management. This position offers a compensation of £14 per hour along with a generous holiday package and opportunities for team events and progression.

Front of House Supervisor | Monday - Friday

The Salad Project: £14 per hour

We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a six store operation, expanding across London.

Role | FOH Supervisor
  • 40 - 45 hours per week
  • To work under our restaurant managers
  • To lead one service a day
  • To help manage our team members
  • To implement & improve service processes
  • To monitor & implement hygiene best practices
  • To help maintain our 5* hygiene rating

Experience Requirements | 1 Year
  • Ideally, you will have 1 year’s experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry
