Job description

We have the capability to deliver major surfacing and public realm infrastructure projects. Our specialist in-house traffic management division provides expert advice and support across the industry, whilst assisting with our own, in-house contracts.

We have an excellent opportunity for a civils Supervisor on our Highways Term Maintenance contract working out of our Luton depot. The role will require the individual to lead and coordinate both in-house and subcontract teams, to ensure projects meet operational, financial, and deadline goals.

About you

You will need to ensure all work aligns with contract requirements and is carried out in full compliance with legal and safety standards. Other requirements include:

• Knowledge and understanding of construction management
• CSCS
• SSSTS
• NRSWA Supervisor
• NHSS 12D M7
• First Aid
