Overview

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of Waitrose and Partners, who require a number of Warehouse Order Pickers for their busy RDC based in Aylesford, Kent. Work in a chilled environment (0°C-5°C).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using scanners or pick sheets.
• Meet performance targets and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Operate in a chilled warehouse environment and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Shifts, Pay and Contract

• NIGHTSHIFT - 01:00-09:00 pay rate £16.48 per hour.
• After 13 weeks of continuous work you will be able to apply for a contract directly.
• Shifts are 5 over 7 and will include working weekends on most rotas.
• This will be ongoing weekly work, where you can be given a weekly rota each week.
• Work will involve working in a chilled warehouse picking and packing using a voice system.

Training and Site Tour

A pre-site tour will be arranged before training week so you can see the job and the working environment before you start.
