Overview

Sunday Showroom Advisor - Leamington Spa

Department: Showrooms | Location: Leamington Spa | Employment type: Permanent | Salary: Competitive Rate of Pay | Closing date: 21/02/2026

This role is for a part-time position, working every Sunday. The successful candidate will represent the Tom Howley brand, support the Showroom Manager, and ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service. At Tom Howley, we focus on helping clients understand how they use their kitchen rather than simply what they want.

To join us, it is crucial that you are articulate and experienced in a similar luxury retail or showroom environment. You should take pride in your appearance and help our business run smoothly. The successful candidate must be available to work 4 hours per week, every Sunday, as a minimum.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that all prospective clients are greeted in a friendly and professional manner, that they receive a good showroom product demonstration and that their enquiries are properly qualified before their details are passed on to a designer;
• To ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy, including ensuring that all displays are in excellent condition and that samples are present and in good order;
• General administration tasks, including updating showroom footfall and recording client information.

Personal Qualities

• Articulate, diligent and flexible individual who has a strong track record in a retail or showroom environment;
• Ideally from within a similar industry with experience of working in a showroom environment;
• Experience of dealing with discerning clients;
• Target driven retail experience;
• Strong organisational skills;
• Impeccable personal appearance;
• Personable, friendly and confident with a can do attitude;
• IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
