About the Opportunity

Location: London / Remote (Hybrid working as per business need, Flexible working options discussed at interview)

Term: Full-time; Permanent

Salary Range: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Reports to: Business Relations Manager (Apprenticeships)

The Role

The Success Manager will play a key role in the successful management of Degree Apprenticeships and other work‑based learning programmes at NU London, acting as the primary liaison between employers and learners/apprentices, ensuring learners progress through their programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate employer onboarding, recruitment of learners, and monitor support for delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for learners and employers, ensuring learning can be accessed and programmes achieved.
  • Work with Business Development, Operations and QA teams to coordinate delivery of pre‑apprenticeship / apprenticeship programmes.
  • Organise support for each learner from outset to completion, ensuring successful progression.
  • Ensure completion of termly Tripartite Reviews in line with regulations.
  • Monitor off‑job training, assist with action plans and referrals to support services.
  • Lead the Final Review, assess evidence, and determine decisions jointly with employer and learner.
  • Arrange apprenticeship End Point Assessments as agreed with employer and apprentice.
  • Monitor individual progress, identify trends across cohort, and report to Business Relations Manager.
  • Identify and evaluate risks to learners or programme success, escalated immediately to the University.
  • Respond to feedback, enquiries, issues or complaints promptly.
  • Ensure records are fully compliant with University policies and participate in compliance reviews.

Qualifications

Honours degree or equivalent professional qualification and/or vocational qualification.
