A leading educational institution seeks a Success Manager to oversee Degree Apprenticeships and work-based learning programs. You will manage the liaison between employers and learners, ensuring progress and compliance. The ideal candidate has an honours degree and experience in managing apprenticeship relations. Term: Full-time; Permanent
Salary Range: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Reports to: Business Relations Manager (Apprenticeships)

The Success Manager will play a key role in the successful management of Degree Apprenticeships and other work‑based learning programmes at NU London, acting as the primary liaison between employers and learners/apprentices, ensuring learners progress through their programmes.
Honours degree or equivalent professional qualification and/or vocational qualification.
Responsible for designing and delivering work‑related learning programmes across the UK and internationally, with a focus on digital transformation, data science, AI and project management.
