A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Subsea Tooling Manager to oversee the technical and commercial management of a global subsea tooling portfolio. Responsible for driving performance and compliance within the subsea industry, the ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in subsea tooling along with significant experience in managing technical teams and commercial strategies. This office-based role includes regular travel to operational teams and exhibitions, primarily in the UK and overseas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in subsea tooling, ROV operations, or subsea engineering.
• Proven experience in design-and-build environments.
• Strong knowledge of offshore energy industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of subsea tooling.
• Own the commercial strategy for subsea tooling including budgeting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tooling delivery meets expectations.
