Job description

Overview

A great opportunity for a Sub Agent to join an established specialist civil engineering contractor on a freelance basis. As Sub Agent you will be part of a driven team on a marine bias scheme in the Somerset area.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for delivering schemes inception to handover.
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations on site, including labour/plant/materials allocation, temporary works, health and safety.
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget, within programme deadlines and to our clients' technical specifications.
• Liaise regularly with Site Agents, providing programme and progress reports.

Requirements/Qualifications

• ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience within marine operations, including dredging, structures and documentation
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Managers card.

Salary/Benefits

£365 - £415 per day CIS
