This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be at the heart of supporting vulnerable students to thrive. You’ll supervise students to create a safe and positive environment, helping them to improve behaviour and achieve their full potential.
This role is key to our student‑centred approach, where every young person has the opportunity to thrive. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that values collaboration, compassion, and commitment to excellence.
You are a natural role model who thrives on making a difference in young people’s lives. Personable, approachable, and a self‑starter, you bring energy and empathy to every interaction. You’re committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students, and you have the resilience to remain calm and de‑escalate challenging situations while maintaining confidentiality.
Above all, you’ll be motivated by helping students overcome barriers to learning, building their confidence, and enabling them to reach their full potential.
