You will provide in-class, small-group, and 1:1 support, with a particular focus on English skills, confidence building, and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to students across KS3 & KS4, particularly in English lessons
• Deliver small-group literacy interventions, including reading, writing, and comprehension support
• Assist students with additional learning needs, adapting English tasks to suit individual levels
• Promote strong study habits, positive behaviour, and academic resilience
• Support teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging, and structured learning environment
• Help students develop confidence in written and spoken communication
• Build positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Requirements
