Job summary

Qualifications

  • Business Administration/Finance Qualification at Level 3.
  • Level 2 minimum literacy/English qualification.
  • Level 2 minimum numeracy/maths qualification.
  • Understanding of student funding guidance.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive loan fee policy.
  • Manage communication of loan fee policies to students and staff.
  • Create and maintain Bursary Policies.
  • Operationally manage Student Financial Support functions.

Skills
