An educational organization in Birmingham seeks a Student Behaviour Intervention Lead to manage the Emergency Respite Provision. This role involves operational leadership, curriculum coordination, and safeguarding responsibilities for pupils requiring intervention. The ideal candidate will possess strong behavioural management skills and be committed to supporting pupils' reintegration. The Student Behaviour Intervention Lead will manage the day-to-day delivery of the WHMAT Emergency Respite Provision, which supports pupils from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4 who have been temporarily removed from their home school and are in need of a re-integration period.
This short-term intervention aims to maintain educational engagement, support behaviour change, and reduce the likelihood of suspension.
Working under the direction of the Integration Hub Manager, the role includes coordinating curriculum delivery, behaviour mentoring, safeguarding, and reintegration planning in close collaboration with home schools and families.
