Job summary

A reputable education support agency is seeking a Behaviour Support/Mentor to provide guidance and support to students in Sheffield schools. The role involves working closely with teaching staff to enhance students' emotional and behavioural development. The position offers a pay rate of £95–£110 per day based on experience, with flexible contract options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school or behaviour-focused role.
• Ability to motivate students to improve.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with behavioural challenges.
• Help pupils regulate their behaviour using agreed strategies.
• Work alongside teachers to maintain a productive classroom.
