A leading educational institution in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Student Administrator. The role involves providing essential administrative support, managing student enquiries, and assisting in the smooth running of daily operations within the college. Salary: £15,601.43 (£25,104.00 FTE)
Contract Type: Permanent, 27.5 hours per week, Term Time Only (38 Weeks)
Working Hours: 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday
The Henley College is seeking an organised, proactive, and student-focused Student Administrator to join our Administration team. This is a key role supporting students, staff, and visitors across the College. You’ll be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks, including sensitive and confidential matters, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and contributing to the welfare and success of our students.
To provide administrative support where required for example in other departments at critical points such as during enrolment and exams. To provide cover for Administrators and Receptions across both sites as required.
To provide first point of contact for visitors, staff and students at either site.
