Structured Finance Associate (1–3 PQE):

We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Structured Finance team in the London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most sophisticated practices in the market, consistently recognised in Chambers and Legal 500 for its expertise.

The team advises a broad client base including global investment banks, asset managers, private equity sponsors, funds, and corporates. Their work spans securitisation, CLOs, structured products, receivables financings, covered bonds and other innovative capital markets structures. Many of their mandates involve multi-jurisdictional elements, giving associates exposure to complex cross-border transactions.

This position is ideally suited to an associate with some experience in Structured Finance, Capital Markets, or Banking & Finance who is eager to develop their practice within a globally recognised platform.
