Overview

Are you an experienced Structural Engineer looking to work on large-scale, high-impact construction projects?

We’re looking for a talented Structural Engineer to join our Structural Projects Division, which is responsible for the design, manufacture, and installation of major precast concrete structures across the educational, custodial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.

This is a senior technical role with responsibility for the structural design and integrity of our projects. You’ll play a key part in delivering innovative, safe, and practical design solutions, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams across sales, design, manufacturing, and site operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the structural design of complex precast concrete projects
• Ensure safety and compliance across all design stages
• Provide expert technical support to multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with clients and engineering professionals to develop practical, cost-effective solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD – essential
• Working knowledge of Robot, Tedds, and Revit – an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Experience with precast concrete design preferred but not essential
