What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing accurate general arrangement drawings and detailed fabrication packages for a variety of steel‑framed buildings
• Creating 3D models using industry‑standard software (AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, Advance Steel)
• Preparing layout drawings, connection details, and workshop‑ready information
• Collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Ensuring drawings meet relevant standards and client specifications
• Communicating with architects, clients, and site teams when required
• Contributing to process improvements and, over time, supporting junior team members as you grow

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Structural Technician or Draughtsperson within steelwork, construction, or fabrication
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, Tekla, or Advance Steel
• Solid understanding of steel structures, fabrication processes, and connection detailing
