A leading NHS Trust in Greater London seeks experienced Structural Clinical Nurse Specialists to join their team at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. Post holders will provide high-quality nursing care for patients with structural heart disease and acute coronary syndrome. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, delivering care, and mentoring staff. This is a fixed-term role that emphasizes communication, collaboration, and research participation.

We have an amazing opportunity for two experienced nurses to join our world leading team at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. The post holders will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with structural heart disease as well as patients with acute coronary syndrome.
The MDT coordinator’s post is to provide dedicated support to the structural cardiology multi-disciplinary teams (“MDT”). The post holder will be expected to ensure the MDT runs smoothly and to time. Post holder will be required to live type at the meeting, which will be signed off by MDT Lead. They need to ensure all patients are discussed within agreed timescales, and treatment plans are actioned post MDT meeting. Post holder will use specialist knowledge of the patient pathway to proactively influence the tracking records using high levels of communication to expedite appointments/procedures as necessary and to resolve issues which could lead to delays in treatment.
