Our 61‑bed stroke unit is among the busiest in the UK, renowned for its high standards and innovative practices. We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented, and proactive Performance Analyst to support and enhance our data‑driven approach to stroke care. While a clinical background in stroke is beneficial, it is not essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop advanced data analysis skills, particularly using MS Excel, and to make a tangible impact on patient outcomes.
Your strong communication skills will be key in leading a data administration team and collaborating with clinicians across the multidisciplinary stroke team (MDT). Your ability to present clear, actionable insights to both clinical and senior management teams will be central to driving continuous service improvement.
