Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has risen to join the Rolls‑Royce PLC team in the UK, supporting our Group Strategy function with corporate and global business strategies. The Strategy Implementation Manager will lead the Rolls‑Royce Group processes to implement, monitor and track our Strategic Opportunities and Initiatives. The Manager is our Global RR coordinator for long‑term plans and strategic reviews. In addition, the Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of a dedicated Strategy workstream(s) at Group level to position Rolls‑Royce as a leading force for progress in powering, protecting, and connecting people everywhere.

What you will be doing:
  • Implementation of Strategic processes: Lead the execution, continuous improvement, and company‑wide implementation of strategic processes.
  • Facilitation of Strategy reviews and team meetings: Assist with strategy reviews and Strategy team meetings.
  • Coordination of dedicated Strategy workstream(s): Daily management and coordination to develop and execute our core Strategy workstream(s).
  • Data analysis: collecting, structuring, and framing in‑and external data to support strategic insights and decision‑making.
  • Collaboration with Business Divisions and Functions: building internal stakeholder relationships in support of our strategic processes and workstreams.
Position Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Top‑of‑class bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering or Science.
  • Work Experience: Typically, candidates have +5 years’ experience in a Tier‑1 management consultancy, and preferably a track record in Aerospace, Defence and Rolls‑Royce relevant Energy sectors.

  • Analytical skillset: strong analytical skillset, experience with management consultancy frameworks and tools. Demonstrated skills in conducting research for strategic decision‑making, exhibiting a positive mindset and can‑do mentality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executive/senior management and Divisional teams. High‑performing team player able to connect and influence across networks and cultures to deliver successful outcomes.
