  • Lead end-to-end strategic projects, collaborating across Sales, Finance, Product, and more.
  • Use data analytics to uncover insights and guide high-impact decisions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that shape our products and services.
  • Build dashboards and define success metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings a sharp analytical mindset and can demonstrate:
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in Strategy, Ops, or Analytics. Consulting or B2C marketplace experience is a bonus.
  • Confidence working with large, complex datasets to uncover insights and drive decisions.
  • A knack for turning data into compelling stories that influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools like Power BI.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and align diverse teams around shared goals.
  • A sharp problem-solving mindset—you break down complexity and love finding smart, data-led solutions.
  • Experience in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Economics, Engineering, Maths) would be a plus
