  • Experience in workforce planning and understanding of HR functions.
  • Ability to build and maintain Excel models for staffing forecasts.
  • Strong reporting skills to produce insights for HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain workforce planning models in Excel.
  • Produce monthly workforce reports for HR Business Partners.
  • Identify workforce trends and risks for planning.
  • Support the Workforce Planning Lead in team relationships.
  • Ensure workforce data is accurate and meets requirements.
  • Administer and analyse starter and leaver surveys.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning processes.
