Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services to meet operational requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and operational teams to ensure availability of stock.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and company standards.
  • Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing activity, supplier performance, and market trends.
  • Support cross-functional teams in planning and forecasting procurement needs.
