Job summary

A leading global drinks company is seeking a Transformation Enablement Lead to oversee major transformation initiatives across Supply Chain & Procurement. This senior role involves leading change enablement, creating a transformation narrative, and managing governance structures while influencing senior stakeholders. Ideal candidates have significant experience in transformation within FMCG environments and are capable of handling complex change initiatives. Flexible working arrangements are encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading large-scale transformation in FMCG / CPG, supply chain, operations or digital environments.
  • A strong track record in change leadership, including narrative building, adoption planning and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience operating in or alongside a Transformation Office / PMO / portfolio governance environment.
  • Proven ability to manage interdependencies and prioritisation across multiple programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and own the transformation narrative and roadmap across multiple programmes.
  • Lead change enablement and adoption, building leadership capability.
  • Design and run transformation governance to ensure progress and risks are managed.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies across initiatives.
  • Act as the single point of contact into the enterprise transformation office.
