Job summary

A leading service provider in the UK is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager for a fixed term of 12 months to enhance sales effectiveness through tools and insights. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in sales enablement within a B2B environment and a strong grasp of contact centre operations. Responsibilities include optimising sales tools, creating training programmes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure sales effectiveness. This role requires a minimum of two days working from the office in Leeds.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations or a related commercial role within a B2B environment.
  • In-depth understanding of contact centre operations and enablement best practices.
  • Proficient user of Salesforce and other communication platforms, with confident hands-on experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and translating insights into strategic actions.
  • Strong project-management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and embed change within complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise tools to support sales teams in real-time decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and communicate compelling offers.
  • Ensure Salesforce is continuously updated with relevant content.
  • Create and distribute engaging huddle packs for support.
  • Analyse customer data to generate actionable insights.
  • Lead enablement efforts for new initiatives.
  • Support development of onboarding and ongoing training programmes.
  • Partner with marketing and operations for consistent messaging.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement initiatives that drive measurable improvements.
